What events do you cater for? We can cater for any indoor or outdoor events:-
Weddings, christening, Birthday parties, anniversary parties, Fetes, music festivals, craft fairs to name a few.
Do you arrange catering?
Yes we can discuss and arrange catering with you.
What is a pop up/ mobile bar?
A mobile/pop up bar is a bar that can be set up anywhere for any social event.
What is your age policy?
We uphold a social responsibility and a duty of care for all our clients and their guests with a strict challenge under 25 policy.
Is it possible to hire your bar and operate it ourselves? No. Our bars are fully equipped and staffed by us.

Is your bar seasonal?
Our bar is available for hire 360 days of the year with a menu to reflect your menu preference and time of year from mulled drinks to cocktails, pimms to punches.
Can your bar be booked for our wedding?
Yes. We cater for all events from Weddings, private parties, christenings, corporate events,brand launches, festivals, fetes,fairs and many more.
What experience do you have?
We have over 35 years experience in the events business facilitating functions for corporate, private and general public events.
How many guests can you cater for?
We are able to cater for any number of guests from a small function to a festival.
How much notice do I need to give before my event?
We take a non refundable deposit one month prior to the event. But we are fully aware that sometimes with all the will in the world last minute events come along and can plan and turn an event round with 14 days notice.
What is the cost for your bar service?
Each event is bespoke as we plan every detail to reflect our clients brief. We are more than happy to work within a specific budget, always discussing the very best options with our clients.
How long do you need to set up and pack down?
This will all depend on the accessibility of the venue and bar package required, but we like to be able to get set up within 5 hours and packed away in the same time frame.
Do I need to apply for a license?
No. We have Personal Licence Holders (APLH).
Do you provide bar insurance?
We certainly do. We take our events very seriously and have public liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000. Please get in touch if you would like to see a copy.
Are there restricted areas for your bar to be erected?
No, as long as we have a 8 meter x 8 meter flat space we can set up anywhere inside or out.
How much space/ area do you need for your bar?
An 8 meter x 8 meter space for our regular mobile/ pop up bar.
Do you supply your own power and lighting?
Yes we can at an extra cost.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Tonbridge, Kent and cover anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Sevenoaks.
What do you supply for your set up?
We supply a fully working mobile/pop up bar and can create bespoke packages to include various levels of service.
- Do you take card payments?
Yes, we accept all forms of debit and credit card payment. - Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes we will require a non refundable deposit on the day of booking. - Can you work to all budgets?
Yes we most certainly can. We will discuss all aspects of your event and give you a detailed quote to encompass your event expectations and spend. - Can you supply a cash bar?
Yes we can, also we accept all forms of debit and credit card. We can provide a cash bar based on a minimum spend, meaning you don’t need to pay a large up-front fee. As long as the minimum spend is met, the staffing, mobile bar and full-stocked bar is included.
